Get started in 3 easy steps!
Step 1: Contact us to schedule a time to come in. You can choose to try a free class or you may choose our No Sweat Intro which allows you to see our place, talk about your goas and ask us all your questions! If you decide you'd like to get started, you will start with our On Ramp program. You will learn the basic CrossFit movements there and get ready to join our group classes.
Step 2: On Ramp (Learn the Movements)
You will have three (or more) classes where you learn all the basic movements with a coach. Your coach will also go over any modifications for you so that you have a safe and effective workout as you get ready to move into our small group classes.
Step 3: Join our Group Classes/Work 1:1 with a Trainer
After completing On Ramp, you can join our small group classes, have fun and get as fit as you like!
Or you may choose to work one on one with a Personal Trainer (additional cost) or a combination of both!
